ON DIET? We Still Need To Eat Dinner

As all of you know, skipping meal is not a healthy way of diet. The most efficient is to eat lesser amount of food in each meal, especially those foods which high in carbohydrates. The reason is carbohydrate is easier to gain weight.

Tonight, we have out dinner at restaurant 118, is a food court which contains many food stalls. Restaurant 118 is nearby our uni at Taman Connaught but seriously we need transport to reach there.


Sky, the one who says that he wanna keep fit yet he eats quite a lot!
